They do not trust their customers. Always talk about company policy. Made me pay advance and then did not deliver files before final payment. Very unilateral and totally uncooperative. Very untrusting. Impolite staff and no consideration for customers. Told me to find another vendor. Do not care for customers or business.

We asked many questions & they assured as the IPODS were not replica.

We placed an order of 10 IPODS (four 8GB, four 16 GB and two 32GB) on March 10th the funds were wired to there account. CAREFULL YOU HAVE THIS NAME AND ACCOUNT FRAUD

March 25 th ten days latter we receive the IPODS after numerous shipping excuses.

The IPODS all have the same serial number ( Replica) The interface is not touch & the ipods do not work period the screen does not have any touch feature.

The top left, right & bottom have arrows ( NO TOUCH FEATURE)

The Ipods are not recognized by PC or Mac …I no idea why they shipped us this or why even bother to ship anything.

The worst is we have more coming in & waiting for shipping.

What is sad we had placed another two orders a total of 55 pcs.

We know today what is coming in is REPLICA…

The telephone number is no good on there site or invoice.

I have attached the images of the IPODS what was received.

PLEASE NOTE WE ASKED OVER AND OVER NOT REPLICA ….

We need your help to get reimbursed …and contact them….stop this type of business.
